We thank the Westside News for publishing an article discussing the Kenmore Bypass. No matter what our political affiliations, we all need this issue to be visible to the community, and Westside News has been a great boon. Read the whole article here.

its great that the bypass got some more media.
however, i dont recall any news story on westside news or brisbanetimes.com.au ever mention the connection from the KB to the warrego highway (which creates the truck/freight route).
the connection is a big reason why so many ppl are against the bypass. i wish more ppl (especially in the suburbs involved) knew about it.

Hello wonderful people…..Where are you all??
We need signage erected all over the corridor especially now that the 2009 UBD is showing the alternate Ipswich Motorway all the way from Karalee through Anstead,Bellbowrie, Pullenvale, Pinjarra Hills, Kenmore, Fig Tree Pocket to Centenary Highway.
If you will erect a sign, please let me know urgently. Email to erectasign@gmail.com
We have to stop the alternate Ipswich Motorway….If they can’t build the Kenmore Bypass, they can’t build the extension (as shown in the UBD). Do you really want 75,000 trucks and cars each day thundering through these suburbs. This is no longer JUST about Kenmore.
Please erect a sign THIS WEEK.
Please consider where your valuable vote will go….THINK INDEPENDENTLY….it is vital we all do.
Many thanks
Marie

I would like to see other suburbs joining in, like the Centenery suburbs because they will be impacted if The Road to Nowhere gets the green light.
By the way, very subtle Marie.
